(EAI) is herein requesting partial release of invoiced monies <br />retained by Indian River County under Work Order No. 1 of our Continuing Contract <br />Agreement for Professional Environmental Support Services dated March 19, 2013. In <br />particular, EAI is seeking release of monies retained for services provided by its sub- <br />contractor, CSA Ocean Sciences, Inc (CSA). To date EAI has invoiced for $241,962.41 <br />for Tasks 7 and 8, of which 10% was retained by the County (see accompanying table). <br />Those tasks relate to hard bottom monitoring and year-end reporting performed by CSA <br />during 2013, both of which have been successfully completed. <br />Accordingly, EAI respectfully requests that the County initiate the requisite <br />administrative review to affect release of $24,196.24 in retained funds.
