Indian River County will be competing against more than just the <br /> surrounding area (and competitive markets will be different depending on the target industry) and <br /> therefore needs to have a broader scope than simply regional marketing opportunities. Within the <br /> marketing plan, we will identify the key audiences that should be targeted as well as research and $10,000 <br /> recommend the most appropriate way to reach each audience. This will require working directly with your <br /> organization to understand what your budget is or should be as well as having a good understanding of <br /> your capacity to undertake some of the recommended marketing strategies and/or tactics. The marketing <br /> plan will also outline estimated costs and recommend an appropriate timeline for completion. <br /> Branding Review and Recommendations. Branding follows the positioning, so if a new"brand" or <br /> message needs to be introduced, now is the time to do it. We are assuming that we would develop a $15,000 <br /> new or revised logo, brand standards (fonts, color palette, visual imagery style, and business card/letter <br /> head layout). In concert with the positioning, this would constitute IRC's brand. <br /> Ady Voltedge Optional Items <br /> As desired, we can conduct website audits and analyses. We have conducted over 100 such audits of <br /> E.D. websites and teach classes on the topic.
