DeBraal, Deputy County Attorney <br /> Date: June 4, 2014 <br /> Subject: Code Enforcement Board Orders for Maurice Rolle and Livingston Rolle <br /> 4402 35th Avenue and 4415 34th Court <br /> Maurice Rolle is a 1/9 share owner of the property located 4402 35th Avenue. This vacant <br /> residential zoned property was cited for commercial vehicle and trailer storage from July <br /> 25, 2009 to February 22, 2010 before it was brought into compliance. The "flat" fine for <br /> 212 days at $100 would amount to $21,200. Staff estimates the administrative costs in <br /> this case to be $2,000. <br /> Mr. Maurice Rolle also claims part ownership in the vacant residentially zoned lot located <br /> at 4415 34th Court. Title is held in the name of Livingston Rolle, the deceased father of <br /> Maurice Rolle. It is not known whether any probate procedures have been initiated in the <br /> property. This property was cited for junk, trash and debris violations along with <br /> commercial trailer parking on the residential lot. The fine ran from July 25, 2009 to April <br /> 17, 2014 a total of 1727 days at $100 a day, a "flat" accrued fine of $172,700.
