AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> Landlord and tenant do hereby agree to amend the Lease agreement dated July 7, 1992, with <br /> amended annual rent due to an increase in property insurance of$71.87 per month as follows: <br /> Monthly Rent Prorated Amount Revised Annual <br /> Rent <br /> February 1, 2014 through September 30, 2014 $3,186.45 $25,491.60 $37,950.00 <br /> October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015 $3,306.25 $39,675.00 <br /> October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 $3,426.04 $41,112.50 <br /> If the property taxes or insurance for the premises has any increases or decrease during the <br /> term of this lease a prorate share of the additional expense shall be paid by Lessee to Landlord <br /> as additional rent upon written demand by Landlord or result in a reduction paid by Tenant to <br /> Landlord . <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Landlord and Tenant have executed this amendment to lease <br /> agreement to Lease this _day of June, 2014, nunc pro tunc February 1, 2014 <br /> Witness: Landlord: <br /> Greene Investment Partnership, LTD <br /> By: Greene Management Inc. <br /> Gary L.
