DeBraal - Deputy County Attorney <br /> DATE: June 10, 2014 <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution Cancelling Taxes on Property Purchased by the County <br /> for Right-Of-Way for the C.R. 510 Road Widening Project <br /> A Resolution has been prepared for the purpose of canceling current and future <br /> ad valorem taxes on property Indian River County recently purchased from Ralph <br /> P. Hamilton and Katherine S. Hamilton, husband and wife, for the purpose of <br /> right-of-way in connection with the C.R. 510 road widening project.
