Baird, County Administrator <br />FROM: Stan Boling, AICP <br />Community Development Director <br />DATE: May 27, 2014 <br />SUBJECT: Notice of Impact Fee Workshop <br />It is requested that the following information be given formal consideration by the Board of <br />County Commissioners at its regular meeting of June 3, 2014. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Please be advised that an Impact Fee Workshop has been scheduled for June 11, 2014, at 1:30 <br />p.m. in the County Commission Chambers located at 1801 27th Street. The workshop will be <br />conducted by the Board and open to the public. At the workshop, the County's impact fee <br />consultant (Tindale -Oliver & Associates, Inc.) will present and discuss its report on residential <br />impact fees, including school impact fees, as well as implementation issues. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The above referenced community meeting notice is provided for the Board's information.
