This acquisition represents one parcel (full take for retention pond and road right-of-way <br />including a 24 month leaseback. <br />FUNDING <br />Funding for this expenditure is budgeted and available from Optional Sales <br />Tax/ROW/66th Ave/49th to 77th Street, Acct #31521441-066120-07806. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The Board's options include the following: <br />Option 1: Approve the transaction, purchasing the retention pond site and road right-of- <br />way containing 6 acres for the purchase price of $282,000 inclusive of all fees and costs. <br />Option 2: Reject the terms of the Agreement and continue to negotiate. <br />Staff recommends Option 1: The Board of County Commissioners approves the purchase <br />of the property and leaseback at a total price of $282,000 and authorizes the Chairman to <br />sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement. <br />ATTACHMENT <br />Two "Originals" of the Purchase Agreements <br />DISTRIBUTION <br />Christopher R.
