Mora, P.E., Public Works Director( <br />From: Chris Burr, Facilities Manager <br />Subject: Work Order #1 REI Engineers Health Department Exterior Envelope Evaluation <br />CONSENT <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On April 14, 2014, the Board approved a Professional Services Agreement with REI Engineers <br />to perform roofing consulting services to include evaluations of existing roofing conditions, <br />design solutions for remedial work, design solutions for roof replacement and preparation of <br />design documents. <br />Work Order #1 in the amount of $2200.00 is for the evaluation of the County Health Department <br />located at 1900 27th Street, Vero Beach. This evaluation will include a site visit to review the <br />condition of the exterior envelope (roof, walls and windows) to determine the need for <br />remediation.
