Kafer, Jr., P.E., County Enginee <br />SUBJECT: <br />Approval of Professional Geotechnical Services Agreement, <br />2014-2016, RFQ # 2014007, IRC Project No. 1349 <br />DATE: August 25, 2014 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On August 19, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners approved the five (5) firms selected <br />for the continuing Professional Geotechnical Services Contract with the County. This contract <br />is for two (2) years with an option for one additional two-year extension at the county's <br />discretion. <br />County staff has negotiated standard fee schedules and the "master" agreement with each <br />individual firm on the selection list. The fee schedule(s) reflect fair and competitive rates for <br />comparable professional services and tasks. These fees will be the basis for individual <br />projects and work orders. <br />The selected firms who submitted Professional Geotechnical Services Agreements and fee <br />schedules are: <br />Andersen Andre Consulting Engineers, Inc., Port St. Lucie, Florida <br />Ardaman & Associates, Inc., Port St. Lucie, Florida <br />Dunkelberger Engineering & Testing, Inc., Port St. Lucie, Florida <br />GFA International, Inc., Port St. Lucie, Florida <br />K.S.M.
