SPECIAL PERMIT <br />TO EXTEND NOISE LIMIT FROM 10 P.M. TO 11 P.M. <br />Pursuant to Section 38-63 (4) of the City of Vero Beach Code of Ordinances, the <br />undersigned City Manager hereby grants permission to extend the noise curfew from <br />10:00p.m. to 11:OOp.m. during the "Step Up America" Hero Appreciation Festival to be <br />held at Historic Dodgertown/Holman Stadium on Saturday, December 6, 2014.
