Finally, staff has verified that all recommended conditions have been accepted by the applicant. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Based on the analysis, staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant special <br /> exception use approval for the Full Gospel Assembly fellowship hall addition with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Prior to site plan release, the applicant shall obtain release of all existing utility and drainage <br /> easements, as shown on the project site plan. <br /> 2. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy(C.O.), the applicant shall: <br /> a. Install all required landscaping and buffer improvements, as shown on the project landscape <br /> plan; <br /> b. Paint the addition to match the color of the church building; and <br /> c.
