PZC Recommendation <br /> ➢ On September 25, 2014, the Planning & Zoning <br /> Commission (PZC) voted 5-0 to recommend <br /> that the BCC approve the special exception use <br /> request with staff recommended conditions. <br /> ➢ The PZC also asked staff to host a meeting <br /> between the applicant and the surrounding <br /> property owners to address items raised at the <br /> PZC hearing. <br /> 9 <br /> Follow-up Meeting <br /> ➢ Staff hosted a meeting on October 31, 2014. <br /> ➢ Attended by church members, the project engineer, <br /> adjacent property owners and staff. <br /> ➢ The most discussed items included: <br /> • Parking and traffic along 13th Place SW; <br /> • Noise levels; and <br /> • Aesthetic appearance of the addition. <br /> ➢ Meeting conclusion: No changes were agreed upon <br /> to garner neighbors' support.
