Section I. Article 8 of the Agreement is hereby amended as follows: <br /> Article 8, CONTRACT PERIOD <br /> 'Phis Contract shall be binding on the parties for a period of twelve (12) consecutive <br /> months from the date of this Contract by both parties unless terminated earlier in accordance <br /> with its terms. 'Che contract start date is subject to construction completion of the new Indian <br /> River County Biosolids Dewatering Facility, Indian River County may extend the teem of this <br /> Contract :for up to four (4) additional terms of twelve (12) months each, and one final term o:f <br /> on the same terms and conditions. <br /> Section 22.
