LEASE RENEWAL <br /> "'"' Renewal of the Lease entered into this day of 2015 by and <br /> between Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is <br /> 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32060, hereinafter referred to as "County" and Rockridge <br /> Property Owners Association, Inc., whose address is 550 16th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "Property Owners" as follows: <br /> WHEREFORE, County is the owner of Lots 9, 10 and the south half of Lots 8 and 11 in <br /> Block U, Rockridge Subdivision, Unit 6, according to the Plat Book 5, Page 67 of the Public <br /> Records of Indian River County, Florida; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties entered into a Lease on May 19, 1965. The parties entered into <br /> a five year Lease Agreement with the possibility of an extension for an additional five years; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Property Owners have been in possession of the leased premises in one <br /> manner or another since 1965; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Property Owners constructed a community building with Property <br /> Owners funds on the leased premises; and <br /> WHEREAS, a revised Lease was entered into by the parties on February 1 , 1984 for a <br /> term of twenty years; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties entered into another revised Lease on February 15, 1995 <br /> amending some terms from the 1984 lease with a new term of twenty years concluding February <br /> 14, 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties wish to extend the Lease Agreement for an additional twenty (20) <br /> years; and <br /> 1 <br /> 53 <br />
