CC 02.10.15 <br />Ofce of 13 A <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />MEMORANDUM <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Dylan Reingold, County Attorney/ <br />January 27, 2015 <br />Children Services Advisory Committee Vacancy <br />ATTORNEY <br />On September 13, 2011, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2011-072, which assigned <br />to the County Attorney's Office the task of monitoring certain committee member terms, and overseeing the <br />process of appointments and reappointments. This agenda item is to consider the appointment of an applicant <br />to fill the position of "Member At Large" vacancy on the Children Services Advisory Committee, which term <br />expires in January 2017. The vacancy has been advertised on the County's website in excess of 30 days. The <br />following are the names of qualified applicants for this position, whose rdsumds and/or applications are <br />available for review in the Commissioners' Front Office area: <br />Caryn M. Toole <br />Susan M. Blaxill-Deal <br />RECOMMENDATION. <br />The County Attorney recommends that the Board review the applicants' rdsumds/applications, and determine <br />whether to appoint one of the applicants to fill the unexpired term for the "Member At Large" representative <br />to the Children Services Advisory Committee. <br />APPROVED FOR FEBRUARY 10, 2015 <br />B.C.C.
