They have <br />brought to my attention issues related to property located at 2400 23rd Street SE which is owned by <br />Mitchell D, Dudek. It is my understanding that this property is registered and licensed as a vacation <br />rental. <br />After meeting with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Department of <br />Revenue we have come to the conclusion that, as per the latest legislation passed in 2014, the complaints <br />in question are tinder the jurisdiction of the local government. I have attached a letter that I received from <br />DBPR for reference and they have assured me these issues should be addressed by the local authorities. <br />I have attached a most recent email from Dr. Conway with the list of complaints that have yet to be <br />addressed. Dr. Conway has been exceptional in providing information and I will include his contact <br />information in the attached documents. <br />If I or my office can be of further assistance in this matter please do not hesitate to contact us.
