Florida KidCare is the state's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) offered by the state of <br /> Florida for individuals up to 19 years of age, regardless of parental employment status. Tables 19 and <br /> 20 show 2010-2013 enrollment numbers for Title XXI-Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and <br /> Title XIX-Medicaid. <br /> The CHIP enrollment increased in both Indian River and Florida, between 2010 and 2012, but <br /> decreased in both in 2013.
