This indicator includes children who are emotionally handicapped (EH) and severely emotionally disturbed (SED). In 2013, 0.5% of the student population in Indian River was considered emotionally handicapped compared to 0.7% in Florida. The percent in Indian River has remained stable during the time period shown.
