The Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program is Florida's largest merit-based scholarship and
<br /> provides scholarships based on high school academic achievement.
<br /> Table 84 shows Bright Futures Scholarship disbursements between 1997 and 2014 in Indian River
<br /> County and Florida. Additionally, the table shows the percentage of total scholarship disbursements
<br /> that Indian River students received. In the 2013-14 school year, Indian River students received 0.67%
<br /> of the total Bright Futures Scholarship money disbursed in the state of Florida.
