Toole and Susan M. Blaxill-Deal. <br /> MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br /> Chairman Davis, to appoint Susan M. Blaxill-Deal to fill the <br /> unexpired term for the "Member At Large" representative to the <br /> Children Services Advisory Committee (CSAC). <br /> Caryn M. Toole appeared before the Board to discuss her <br /> qualifications and reaffirm her interest in the "Member At Large" <br /> position. <br /> The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and by a 2-3 vote <br /> (Commissioners Davis, Flescher, and Zorc opposed), the Motion <br /> failed. <br /> Chairman Davis explained that he had changed his mind, and <br /> decided to vote for Ms. Toole, who had demonstrated her <br /> commitment by sitting through the Board Meeting thus far. <br /> Board of County Commission Minutes Page 13 <br /> February 10,2015 <br />
