Approval of Resolutions Establishing Fair Market Rental Rates and <br /> p.m. Utility Rates for Housing Choice Voucher Program <br /> (memorandum dated February 4, 2015) 281-295 <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> Deputy County Attorney Bill DeBraal reported that he is the Fair <br /> Housing Coordinator, and that Robin Miller is the Housing <br /> Program Manager. He provided background on the Fair Housing <br /> Program and the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV), and <br /> explained that each year, the annual rental rates and utility rates <br /> established by the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development (HUD) must be approved by the County.
