Page 2 <br />Agenda Item for 3-3-15 BCC Meeting <br />Sector 3 Dune Repair Project — Partial Release of Retainage <br />February 24, 2015 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board approve partial release of retainage and Application for <br />Payment No. 5 in the amount of $98,486.10. The County's coastal engineering consultant, <br />CB&I Coastal Planning and Engineering, has also recommended partial release of <br />retainage. Upon acceptance and satisfaction of all requirements of the contract <br />documents a request for the release of the remaining withheld retainage will be <br />presented to the Board for approval. <br />ATTACHMENT <br />1.
