Heath u-?// <br />Code Enforcement Officer <br />DATE: April 3, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: Release of Easement Request By: <br />Warner Pyne, Jr. <br />Lot 14, Replat of Bent Pine Subdivision Units <br />3 & 4, (Unit 3), Plat Book 11, Page 9A <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />^;cons ideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of April 24, 1990. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Warner Pyne, Jr., for the <br />release of a three (3) foot portion ofarear lot fifty (50) foot <br />utility, drainage, and golf course maintenance easement, being the <br />westerly three (3) feet of the easterly fifty (50) feet of Lot 14, <br />A Replat of a Portion of Bent Pine Subdivision Units 3 & 4, (Unit <br />3), Part of Section 15 & 16, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, <br />Indian River County, Florida; according to the plat thereof as <br />recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 9A, of the Public Records if Indian <br />River County, Florida. It is the petitiongr's intention to con- <br />struct a single-family residence on the property. <br />The current zoning classification is RM -4, Multi -family Residen- <br />tial District. The Land Use Designation is L-2, Low Density <br />Residential. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by <br />Company, Florida Power and Light <br />Corporation, and the Indian River <br />Engineering Division, and the Road <br />upon their reviews, there were no <br />three (3) foot portion of the fifty <br />and golf course maintenance easement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />the Southern Bell Telephone <br />Company, Florida Cablevision <br />County Utilities Department, <br />and Bridge Division. Based <br />objections to the release of <br />(50) foot utility, drainage, <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a resolu- <br />tion, the release of the westerly three (3) feet of the easterly <br />fifty (50) foot utility, drainage, and golf course maintenance <br />easement of Lot 14, A Replat o.f a Portion of Bent Pine Subdivision <br />Units 3 & 4, (Unit 3), a Part of Section 15 & 16, Township 32 <br />South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida; according to <br />the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 9A, of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />7 <br />BOCK <br />
