In connection with <br />the platting of this subdivision, the property owners are <br />also dedicating a ten -foot strip of right of way which is <br />immediately adjacent to the roadway. They cannot proceed <br />with filing their plat until they can show Planning staff <br />that there is an executed contract on the additional 60 <br />feet.
