ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously (4-0, Chairman Eggert being absent) approved staff's recommendation as set out in the above memo and adopted Resolution 90-52, renouncing and disclaiming any right of the County and the public in and to the land described and mapped as a "Public Street", pursuant to the authority of Florida Statute 336.09 (1)(c). RESOLUTION NO. 90- 52 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RENOUNCING AND DISCLAIMING ANY RIGHT OF THE COUNTY AND THE PUBLIC IN AND TO THE LAND DESCRIBED AND MAPPED AS A "PUBLIC STREET", PURSUANT.
