1. Include a 20 m.p.h. travel corridor in the St. Sebastian <br />River between the U.S. #1 Bridge and the F.E.C. railroad <br />tracks, maintaining a 600 foot slow speed zone along the <br />southern shore in this area of the river. <br />2. Include a non -restricted area between the St. Sebastian <br />River U.S. #1 Bridge and the ICW channel, (funneling to <br />the 20 m.p.h. travel corridor). <br />3. Change the slow speed zone in the Indian River Lagoon, <br />located just south of the St. Sebastian River west of the <br />ICW channel, to a 600 foot shoreline slow speed buffer, <br />rather than having it extend to the ICW channel. <br />Commissioner Bird asked that Chief Planner DeBlois review <br />the charts showing the State Plan and explain our proposed <br />modifications, working down the river from north to south, and <br />Planner DeBlois referred to the following charts which show the <br />State's recommendations and also the Plan the Board previously <br />adopted: <br />At 8 199® 27 1 " <br />
