RESOLUTION NO. 90- 66 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CONFIRMING THE <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH A SEWER <br />COLLECTION SYSTEM, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF <br />U. S. #1 NORTH OF 12TH STREET, AND PROVIDING FOR <br />�PgZTAL-A��€��fihEl�i'i`-LTgN�-'i� MADE OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has, by Resolution No. 90-55, adopted May 1, <br />1990, determined to make special assessments against certain <br />properties to be serviced by a sewer collection system of <br />the County located on the East side of U. S. #1 north of <br />12th Street; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which <br />said special assessments-shaII be made and how said special <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />§11-52, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, an assessment roll_ in connection with said <br />special assessments has been prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County passed Resolution No. 90-56 on May 1, 1990, <br />which set a time and place for a public hearing at which the <br />owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested <br />persons would have the chance to be heard as to any and all <br />complaints as to said project and said special assessments, <br />and for the Board to act as required by §11-53, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the "time and place of the public <br />hearing was published in the Press Journal Newspaper on <br />Friday, May 4, 1990, and Friday, May 11, 1990 (twice one <br />week apart and the last being at least one week prior to the <br />hearing) as required by §11-52, Indian River County Code; <br />and <br />19 <br />
