Tuesday, May 22, 1990 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />May 22, 1990, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Carolyn K. <br />Eggert, Chairman; Richard N. Bird, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. <br />Bowman; Don C. Scurlock, Jr.; and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present. <br />were James E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, <br />Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and Virginia <br />Hargreaves, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, and Commissioner <br />Bowman led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDAIEMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Eggert announced that Item 813(2) - Sewer Force Main <br />System, US#1 (West) 10th to 4th Sts. (Resolution #3) has been <br />withdrawn from today's agenda. <br />The Chairman requested that the following items be added to <br />and removed from the Agenda: <br />Add under the Consent Agenda as 6J, a Proclamation re St. <br />Edward's School's Birthday. <br />Add as 12 E., under Commissioner Wheeler's matters, a new date <br />for a meeting re the Courthouse Complex and additional concept <br />discussion. <br />Add as 12A (3), under the Chairman's matters, proposed Growth <br />Management Bill's affect on imposition of impact fees. <br />Add as 11A, under the County Attorney's items, permission for <br />Asst. County Attorney O'Brien to attend seminar on Construc- <br />tion Contract Litigation, and delete Item 6D on the Consent <br />Agenda - Permission for member—o-County Attorney's office <br />to attend American Trial Lawyers' Assoc. seminar in Seattle as <br />that meeting has been canceled. <br />Add as 11B, under the County Attorney's items, Bond <br />Resolutions on Rockridge system. <br />Add as 10H (3), under Utilities, Grove Isle Release of <br />Easement. <br />�t.l F,1GE �•3ey <br />MAY 2 1990 <br />
