HUDNELL <br />We, the members of the Progressive Civic League, East Coast <br />Self -Help Housing and NAACP would like to express our <br />sincere thanks and appreciation to you, Mr. Charlie B. <br />Hudnell, for your years of service and assistance in the <br />Gifford Community. <br />You played a major role towards the success of the first <br />central water utility, Urban Development Utilities, in <br />Pineview Park, Pineview Park Extension, Crystal Sands <br />Subdivisions and the Housing Authority. Through your <br />efforts and guidance, people were able to get good water and <br />also decent low-income housing under the self-help program. <br />We sincerely wish you well. <br />Your friends, <br />J.
