JUN 51990 <br />BOOK 80 PAGE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90- 71 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 15TH PLACE EAST OF U.S. <br />1 TO 7TH AVENUE <br />GIEREAS, on May 15, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-61 providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 15th Place east of U.S. 1 to <br />7th Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 15, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted -Resolution No. 90-59 setting the date and <br />time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and <br />amount of the assessment against each property owner; and <br />H EREAS, this hearing was held on June 5, 1990 and <br />input from property owners and the public was heard at public <br />hearing, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 15th Place east of U.S. 1 to 7th Avenue <br />as equalized and adjusted after public hearing is approved, <br />pursuant to Section 11-47, Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian <br />River County. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption.
