U U N 5 1990 <br />BOOK 80 P.9r,E x'55 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90--72 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 85TH AVENUE AND 85TH <br />COURT IN PARADISE PARK SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, on May 15, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-62 providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 85th Avenue and 85th Court in <br />Paradise Park Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 15, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-59 setting the date and <br />time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and <br />amount of the assessment against each property owner; and <br />WHEREAS, this hearing was held on June 5, 1990 and no <br />complaints were heard at public hearing, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1:' The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 85th Avenue and 85th Court in Paradise <br />Park Subdivision is approved, pursuant to Section 11-47, Code of <br />Laws and Ordinances of Indian River County. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Wheeler and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert AMP <br />Vice -Chairman Richard N.
