BAGALEY, PAUL L. LUCAS, ROY <br />A. HOGAN, and JAMES J. HESSEN, whose address Is <br />(SELLER) <br />and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose address Is 1840 25th Street, Vero <br />Beach; FL 32960 (BUYER), <br />W I T N E S S E T H <br />For and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS <br />to It In hand paid by BUYER, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, <br />SELLER grants to BUYER an Irrevocable offer to.purchase the <br />property shown on Exhibit "A" under the terms and conditions <br />on the contract attached as Exhibit "A." <br />This OPTION shall extend to and through June 4. <br />1990, and during this time only the BUYER shall have the <br />right to purchase this property from SELLER. <br />This..OPTION may be exercised by placing a fully <br />executed copy of the contract, as shown on Exhibit "A," In <br />the U. S.
