Tuesday, June 19, 1990 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, June 19, 1990, <br />at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Carolyn K. Eggert, Chairman; <br />Richard N. Bird, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman; and Gary C. <br />Wheeler. Absent was Don C. Scurlock, Jr., who was attending a <br />water/sewer seminar in Cincinnati, Ohio. Also present were James <br />E. Chandler, County Administrator; Terrence O'Brien, Assistant <br />Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and Barbara Bonnah, <br />Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Dr. David Mulford of the First Presbyterian Church gave the <br />invocation, and Attorney Collins led the Pledge of Allegiance to <br />the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Eggert requested the addition to today's Agenda of <br />the following items: <br />1) An appointment to the Indian River Lagoon Committee. <br />2) A comment on the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council. <br />3) A discussion on the loss of grant monies for the Health Dept. <br />Building. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Scurlock being absent) added the above <br />items to today's Agenda. <br />JUN 9 1990 - BOOK. 80 ft,GE491 <br />
