Tuesday, July 17, 1990 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, July <br />17, 1990, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Carolyn K. Eggert, <br />Chairman; Richard N. Bird, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman; Don <br />C. Scurlock, Jr.; and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were James <br />E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, Attorney <br />to the Board of County Commissioners; Joseph Baird, OMB Director; <br />and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Reverend John Herrington of Christ Methodist by the Sea gave <br />the invocation, and Commissioner Bowman led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Eggert requested the addition to today's Agenda of <br />a brief status report on the Treasure Coast Regional Planning <br />Council, and the scheduling of a public workshop on the land uses <br />of the new Comp Plan. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously added the <br />above items to today's Agenda. <br />
