Block Y, <br />, <br />according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book <br />4, Page 13, of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida <br />It is requested that the data presented herein be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of July 24, 1990. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITZDMj <br />On January 24, 1990, Code 7Enfbraement ztaff sent a Notice of Public <br />Nuisance to Estelle If. `fid, vncmrning the overgrown weed <br />condition and/or junk, I=msb Amd debris accumulation on his/her <br />property in Oslo Park Unit 2_ The Respondent was cited as <br />maintaining the property in W=Ratitm of Section 13-18 of the <br />County Code, which prohibits the..accumulation of weeds in excess <br />of 18 inches in height within a platted, recorded subdivision. <br />Section 13-18 also prohibits the accumulation of junk, trash, and <br />debris on property in unincorporated Indian River County, except <br />for approved solid waste deposal facilities or approved salvage <br />yards. <br />The subject property was posted as set forth in Section 12-23 of <br />the County Code, giving the Respondent thirty (30) days to abate <br />the weed nuisance. <br />12 <br />
