Gentile, CET <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Release of Retainage - Petition Paving Projects <br />Coastal Technology ---Corporation <br />DATE: July 30, 1990 <br />----------------------------------------------------------------- <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The design of the following petition paving projects by Coastal <br />Technology.-. is complete: <br />1) 12th Avenue from 12th Street to 14th Street <br />2) 85th Avenue and 85th Court in Paradise Park <br />3) 15th Place East of U.S. 1 <br />4) 35th Avenue from 4th Street to 6th Street <br />The consultant is requesting release of the 10% retainage in the <br />agreement <br />amount of $2,200.00 as withheld by the County via the a g <br />between the Consultant and the County. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Since the work is complete, staff recommends release of the 10% <br />retainage in the amount of $2,200.00. Funding to be from <br />Petition Paving fund 173. <br />
