Roland DeBlois, Chief of Environmental Planning, came before <br />the Board to review Chapter 904 - Nonconformities, the highlights <br />of which are as follows: <br />CHAPTER 904 - NONCONFORMITIES <br />* FORMAT REVISIONS TO EXISTING REGULATIONS <br />* WORDING CLARIFICATIONS <br />* MORE THAN 50% RECONSTRUCTION <br />WARRANTS TERMINATION OF NONCONFORMITY <br />* MOBILE HOME PARR NONCONFORMITIES <br />Chief Planner DeBlois felt any changes made are pretty <br />straightforward, and no one from the public had any comments. <br />Chief Planner DeBlois next reviewed Chapter 925 - Open <br />Burning/Air. Curtain Incinerator Regulations, the highlights of <br />which are as follows: <br />CHAPTER 925 - OPEN BURNING/AIR CURTAIN <br />INCINERATOR REGULATION <br />* NEW ORDINANCE, BASED ON COMPREHENSIVE <br />PLAN POLICIES <br />* REQUIRED USE OF AIR CURTAIN INCINERATOR <br />FOR DEBRIS ASSOCIATED W/URBAN <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />100.0' SETBACK FROM OCCUPIED BLD. <br />- OPERATION.WEEKDAYS ONLY <br />* AGRICULTURE EXEMPTION <br />* IMPLEMENTED BY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />AND DIVISION OF FORESTRY <br />Planner DeBlois advised that this chapter is completely new <br />and has come about because of concern expressed by community <br />members.
