Where lands of suitable character and <br />size are available for purchase within the governmental <br />Jurisdiction from which that fees were derived from, <br />efforts should be made to acquire such lands. In Policy 10.1.2.35, all reference to <br />"impact" fees was deleted, and the Chairman further noted that in <br />Policy 10.1.2.5 where they refer to "all regional development," <br />she believed that referred to DRIs, but it is not made clear and <br />she felt we need to be assured that is what it means and that is <br />doesn't just mean "districtwide." <br />Commissioner Bird agreed he would like to understand what <br />79 <br />M <br />
