G0 <br />N <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has, by Resolution No. 90-88, adopted July 24, <br />1990, determined to make special assessments against certain <br />ro erties to be serviced by a water distribution system of <br />P p <br />to <br />o <br />the County located in CITRUS GARDENS; and <br />c. <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner In which <br />C) <br />said special assessments shall be made and how said special <br />-- <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />*J� <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />§11-52, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, an assessment roll in connection with said <br />special assessments has been prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County passed Resolution No. 90-89 on July 24, 1990, <br />a time and lace for a public hearing at which the <br />which set t p p g <br />owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested <br />persons would have the chance to be heard as to any and all <br />complaints as to said project and said special assessments, <br />and for the Board to act as required by §11-53, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public <br />hearing was published in the Press Journal Newspaper on <br />Friday, July 27, 1990, and Friday, August 3, 1990, (twice <br />one week apart and the last being at least one week prior to <br />the hearing) as required by §11-52, Indian River County <br />Code; and <br />25 <br />A I I P I O Kof <br />
