The <br />General Contractor does not anticipate any further changes in the <br />subcontractors since work is progressing and matters relating to <br />bonding of the subcontractors has been resolved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners formally <br />approve the list of subcontractors being utilized by Soveran <br />Construction Company, the General Contractor for Phase III of'the <br />Indian River County Jail. <br />Doug Wright, Director of Emergency Management Services, <br />advised that 11 local firms are on the list of subcontractors <br />submitted by Soveran Construction Company. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />the list of subcontractors being utilized by Soveran <br />Construction Company, the General Contractor for Phase <br />III of the IRC Jail. <br />DIVISION OF FORESTRY_ MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 8/14/90: <br />TO: James Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />THROUGH: Doug Wright, Director <br />Emergency Management Services <br />FROM: John Ring, Deputy Director <br />Emergency Management Services <br />DATE: August 14, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: 'DIVISION OF FORESTRY MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT <br />It is respectfully requested that the information contained herein <br />be given formal consideration by the -Board of County Commissioners <br />at the --next scheduled meeting. <br />
