<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach,

<br />Florida 32960, Grantor, to Ralph J. Simeone and Nancy E. Simeone,
<br />his wife, their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose
<br />mailing address is 1760 Sand Dollar Way, Vero Beach, Florida 32963
<br />Grantee, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />The common five ( 5 ) foot side lot utility easement of Lot
<br />16, Block I, Seagrove South Subdivision Unit No. 2, being
<br />the easterly five (5) feet of Lot 16, Block I, Seagrove
<br />South Subdivision Unit No. 2, according to the plat
<br />thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 51, of the
<br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
