G� <br />21 LOT 16, BLACK It ACCORDING TO THE PLAT* CD <br />THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE «j <br />51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easement as described below, <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public <br />purpose, ,,, <br />U <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, <br />C:7 <br />Florida 32960, Grantor, to Ralph J. Simeone and Nancy E.
