Checks, Cancelled from 10-1-83 to 9-30-84 <br />All the above records have met the state retention requirements, <br />and the approval by the Bureau of Records Management, Department of State, <br />'is attached. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />granted the Clerk permission to destroy the <br />records listed in the above memo. <br />CHANGE IN BOUNDARIES OF THE INDIAN RIVER MOSQUITO CONTROL <br />I7C%r7fMW <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 8/29/90: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: August 29, 1990 <br />RE: MOSQUITO CONTROL DISTRICT <br />Pursuant to the attached letter. from Michael O'Haire, <br />attorney for the Indian River Mosquito Control District, the <br />County is being asked by the District to adopt the attached <br />resolution which concurs in the expansion of the boundaries <br />of the District to include the Town of Fellsmere and <br />adjacent areas. <br />Adoption of this resolution by the Board will not of itself <br />change the District boundaries, since Mr. O'Haire indicates <br />that as a Special Act Special District, the Legislature of <br />the State of Florida must adopt the amendment by Special Act <br />In the next Legislative session. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval. <br />32 <br />� s � <br />
