Tuesday, September 4, 1990 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />September 4, 1990, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Carolyn K. <br />Eggert, Chairman; Richard N. Bird, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. <br />Bowman; Don C. Scurlock, Jr., and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present <br />were James E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, <br />County Attorney; OMB Director Joe Baird; and Barbara Bonnah, <br />Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Reverend Charles Weaver of the First Methodist Church gave <br />the invocation, and Attorney Vitunac led the Pledge of Allegiance <br />to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Eggert requested the addition to today's Agenda of <br />a change order on the reroofing repairs for the Administration <br />Building and the addition of designating the Council on Aging as <br />the coordinator for the Transportation Disadvantaged Local <br />Coordinating Board. <br />Commissioner Bird requested the addition of an item <br />regarding more access for air boats in the area owned by the St. <br />Johns River Water Management District. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously added the <br />above items to today's Agenda. <br />SEP 04 1990 cK- <br />
