"SONNY" DEAN, DIRECTOR <br />DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVIAS <br />SUBJECT: EMERGENCY AGENDA ITEM FOR SEPTEMBER 4, 1990 <br />ADMINISTRATION BUILDING REROOFING CONTRACT <br />In preparation for the new roof, a portion of the old section was <br />removed, as explained in: the attached agenda item. We are <br />experiencing damage inside the building as a result of this <br />surface. The contractor has,, refused to attempt repairs, until <br />this Change Order is acted on.
