It has been paid down pretty <br />well, and about 3 million of the Route 60 Sewer Assessment is <br />left out of $5,160,000. <br />Chairman Eggert commented on the Tree Fines being listed <br />under Culture and Recreation, which she found an odd heading. <br />OMB Director Baird advised that is how the state sets up its <br />account system, but he can check on it. <br />Commissioner Scurlock believed that the Tree Fines Fund has <br />remained quite constant, and OMB Director Baird agreed it has <br />stayed pretty much the same over the years. Presently the cash <br />balance is $76,121. <br />34 <br />
