�90 � <br />SEP 1219 <br />GENERAL PURPOSE MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING UNIT <br />Administrator Baird announced that the proposed budget for <br />the MSTU is $12,213,562, and it contains an expense increase of <br />$982,128. The propose millage rate is -1.6211, which represents a <br />14% decrease below the rollback rate. Essential within this <br />budget there are two.changes that affect the overall expense <br />level. These consist of $85,485 to restore the Disaster Relief <br />Fund which we pulled down this year, and transfers of <br />approximately $155,000 to the General Fund and Road & Bridge. <br />Chairman Eggert opened the public hearing on the General <br />Purpose MSTU and asked if anyone wished to be heard.
