FINAL BUDGET HEARING <br />Wednesday, September 12, 1990 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Special Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, <br />September 12, 1990, at 5:01 o'clock P.M. Present were Carolyn K. <br />Eggert, Chairman; Richard N. Bird, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. <br />Bowman; Don C. Scurlock, Jr.; and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present <br />were James E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, <br />Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; Joseph Baird, OMB <br />Director; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and led the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />The hour of 5:01 o'clock P.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />ProofClerk read the following Notices with <br />attached, to -wit: <br />E�= <br />- Y k <br />P.O.
