ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution:90=144, confirming the special assessments in connection with a sewer force main system located on the west side of U.S. #1 from 10th and 4th Streets and providing for special assessment liens to be made of i record. RESOLUTION NO. 90- 144 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH A SEWER FORCE MAIN SYSTEM, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF U.S. #1 FROM TENTH AND FOURTH STRE€ T 9 AND PRU- VTUTRC-FDR-SPRAALITN5'T(T_13E MADE OF RECORD. ' WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by Resolution No. 90-95., adopted August 28, 1990, determined to make special assessments against certain properties to be serviced by a sewer force main system of the County located on the WEST SIDE OF U.S. #1 FROM TENTH TO FOURTH STREETS; and WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner In which said special assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and (WHEREAS, the resolution was published a's required by §11-52, Indian River County Code; and .WHEREAS, an assessment roll in connection with said special assessments has been prepared; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed Resolution No. 90-96 on August 28, 1990, which set a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other Interested persons would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by §11-53, Indian River County Code; and WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in the Press Journal Newspaper on 24 l
