Chairman Eggert read aloud the title of the proposed <br />ordinance establishing Chapter 103 - Commissions and Boards. <br />Chairman Eggert opened the Public Hearing on Chapter 103 and <br />asked if anyone wished to be heard in this matter. There being <br />none, she closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 90-20, establishing Chapter 103 - Commissions <br />and Boards; providing repeal; providing severability; <br />and providing an effective date. <br />ORDINANCE 90- 20 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 103 - <br />COMMISSIONS AND BOARDS; PROVIDING <br />REPEAL; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; AND <br />PROVIpING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by - the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, that: <br />SECTION 1: <br />COMMISSIONS AND BOARDS. <br />Chapter 103 - Commisions and Boards of Title I as <br />set forth in Attachment A to this ordinance ids hereby <br />adopted. <br />SECTION 2.' <br />REPEAL. <br />Those portions of the Indian River County Code <br />(1974 edition) superseded or in conflict with the provisions <br />herein adopted, in particular Chapter 1, are hereby <br />repealed. <br />SEP 18 1990 45 ROOK Fnr,E 0 <br />
