SEP 2 5 1999 BOOK 81 FADE <br />approve it as it is with the understanding a change can be made <br />within 3 weeks, if possible. <br />Chairman Eggert noted that she would be happy to give Mr. <br />Greco a time certain on the Agenda for October 16th if the <br />CommissLon agreed. <br />Mr. Greco advised that there are other a few other.things <br />they have a problem with, and he asked that Mr. Marsicano review <br />these, ifzthe Board wishes to hear of'them now. <br />Board members agreed they should be made aware of any other <br />questions at this point. <br />Mr. Marsicano informed the Board that the R/W issue on 66th <br />Avenue is a concern to them. The Order says setback in accord- <br />ance with whatever is needed. Originally they had indicated this <br />would be 30' and that was based on their understanding that 2 <br />additional lanes were needed. They would like to have a clear <br />understanding of the amount of footage, and hoped Mr. Davis can <br />come up with a specific amount so it can be included in the D.O. <br />The second issue is the completion issue which the Board has been <br />discussing. A third concern in conjunction with the completion <br />issue is an allowance for the potential for staging of Improve- <br />ments. By staging, he explained that he means if they complete a <br />portion of the project, they only have the improvements needed to <br />support it. Their fourth and last concern is in regard to the <br />Region's recommendation regarding grass swales. <br />Chairman Eggert confirmed that those items will be scheduled <br />to be considered on October 16th. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if we are going to leave all this <br />open until.then, and Commissioner Scurlock thought we would <br />approve the D.O. as it is and those concerns can be modified at <br />the October 16th meeting <br />Director Keating informed the Board that he has talked to <br />Mike Busha of the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council and <br />was advised that if the Board approves the D.O. today, it would <br />66 <br />
